GET get-user-info API: username validation, Premium status, errors, and an account-free cURL example.
Send GET /get-user-info/ with username as a query parameter. Both durov and @durov are accepted. The backend allows an initial ASCII letter followed by 3–31 ASCII letters, digits, or underscores.
No wallet credential is needed. A successful response has ok, username, and is_premium. A missing/non-user result can contain reason instead of error. Preserve unknown response fields.
